If you are headed to a Mavericks or Stars game, American Airlines Center is less than a $10 Uber fare away. Or, you can always jump on the McKinney Trolley (which is free) to head to the Arts District or the West Village.
Amenities

Fogo de Chão – located at the bottom of the building, this Brazilian steakhouse sets the standard in this niche of restaurant. The Rooftop Pool – the pool at One Uptown may be among the best in the city. Located on the 20th floor Sky Deck, the pool also features amenities such as a large relaxation area, a fire pit with grilling stations, and large seating areas. It is unlike anything at any other complex in the area.
The Sky Deck – the inside deck area connected to the rooftop pool is extraordinary. In all, the area is 9,000 sq. ft. with a large recreation room that includes a pool table and a 100-inch Ultra HD TV.
Fitness Center – if you live at One Uptown, there is no need to keep that expensive gym membership you have been holding onto. The fitness center here rivals any private gym and is packed with all the amenities you will ever need, such as music, TVs, cold towels, a water bar, and state of the art equipment.
Residence Lounge – sometimes you just need to get out of your apartment and the residence lounge is the perfect place to do just that. With high-speed internet available, you can work, relax, or get together with other residents of the building.
The Units
These units are high-end from top to bottom. They feature hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The bathrooms feature walk-in showers and alcove bathtubs, with plenty of upgrades for the penthouse units. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and every unit has a washer and dryer in the apartment.
Additional benefits of penthouses are extra-large balconies and walk-in closets, rain shower heads for the shower, and an undercounter wine and beverage refrigerator.
Guest Quarters
This is the one benefit that will be hard to match at any other location in the city. When you have guests coming into town, there is no need to plop them on your sofa or turn your office into a guest room because One Uptown has two hospitality suites available for out-of-town guests.
